Divine Healing Personal Care Home will address the needs of seniors through a personalized care plan or care program. We create a plan of care for each of our residents to include services such as:
- Board and care
- Meal preparation (therapeutic or modified diets, as prescribed by our dietician)
- Round-the-clock nursing care
- Pharmacy services
- Medication reminders
- Medical supplies and medical equipment
- Laundry and linen changes as needed
- Light housekeeping
- Assistance with daily living tasks
- Recreational activities (motivational, social and interactive activities)

- Registered Nurse
- Transportation services
Eligibility for Residential Personal Care Home Care
- 65 years old and above
- Prescribed by the physician, social worker, or registered nurse for Personal Care Home care
- Requires nursing care 24/7
- In need of safety supervision at frequent intervals throughout the day
- Senior cannot live alone independently due to potential environmental conditions that cannot be faced by the senior if he or she lives in an apartment or private residence
Payment Options / Insurance Accepted
Divine Healing Personal Care Home accepts private pay or personal funds. We also accept insurance reimbursements through:
